Its interesting that the wife of the pastor grew up in Western Africa.... Im not suggesting that the church is responsible, chances are much better their ministries in Western Africa are abusing their physical address for the scam, and the church has no idea it is going on.

someone here caught this scam after the site had been up for only a day or 2!!!

The site has been reported for fraud for six days or so. Thanks for posting the email; it will go in the next report as evidence.

ETA: HillBilly, this site has nothing to do with West Africa. This gang of criminals is Slavic. A previous victim talked with one of the scammers on the phone and stated that her accent sounded Czechoslovak. Other evidence points to Poland or Russia.
