I too got an email from these people, and at first i thought it was legitimate as they mentioned a recruitment site that i have my CV posted on.
I started to smell a rat as they mentioned IT, and although I have done computer courses and have a good working knowledge of a PC inside and out, i don't have the qualifications that would justify being offered an IT position.
I smelled the second rat following closely behind when i visited their site to obtain the vacancy details, and read that money had to be passed through MY a/c. So I googled the company and found this site, which has told me all i needed to know about them. I am genuinely seeking employment at present and I was quite disappointed when I realised this offer was far from genuine.
If more people googled things before jumping in there would be a lot less fraudsters and scammers - well, a lot less successful ones anyway :)
I just wanted to share my limited experience of them and can post the emails I received if anybody is interested.
