Employment Appointment Letter

I hereby confirm that your application for employment was successful after the screening process, and you will be working with Mobile Oil in the United Kingdom. You will resume duty after the completion of your 15 days training in our training facility, during which you will be tutored on how to perform your duties both on and off site

You have been issued a 2 years working contract with our firm, and are extended if you wish to remain with the company conclusion of your contract.

Mobile Oil shall provide airport pickup services to all short-listed employees upon their arrival at the field office for the 15 days training. The salary stated is Tax free, as all incurred taxes by employees present in the United Kingdom will be paid by Mobile Oil.

Employment Terms & Conditions

1. Mobile Oil provide suitable accommodation for employees for either in the United Kingdom ( Worker’s Lodge)
2. Mobile Oil will provide transportation from the worker’s lodge to the job site.
3. Employees will be entitled to 30 days paid leave with passage after successful completion of (2) years contract
4. The working contract is valid for a period of 2 years, and can be renewed based on mutual understanding arrived by employee and Mobile Oil
5. The first three months of employment will be considered as a probation period, during which the management must be satisfied on all job ethics learned during this period
6. Feeding will be provided 3 times a day by Mobile Oil
7. Strict disciplinary action will be taken on any employee that indulges in any of the under listed incidents.
a. Deliberate attempts to damage company property within or outside employee working area.
b. Operating heavy machinery under the influence of strong medication or alcohol.
c. Stealing of building materials for personal or commercial use.
8. Overtime is to be performed upon request by project supervisors when deemed necessary, for example, to meet up with a scheduled project completion
9. Mobile Oil will provide free medical insurance and care for all employees
10. All other conditions as per existing labor laws

Working & living Information
A. Working days are from Monday to Saturday, with Sunday being the Off day
B. Working venue is the United Kingdom and the working hour is a period of 6 hours daily, with one hour for a lunch break / resting period.
C. Family Units: Employees are allowed to come with their families after 2 months, with all family travel expenses & children education / tutoring will be sponsored by the employer, Mobile Oil
D. Travel documents: Residence & work permits will be provided for employees by Mobile Oil prior to arrival in the United Kingdom, and all travel documents will be processed through the Mobile Oil’s nominated travel agents, with necessary fees paid by British Lawyer on behalf of the employee in accordance to British Labor Laws.
