Scam. The grammar is not that of one who grew up in England (I'm not sure how Scottish would be different, but it looks more African), and the 44-708 number is a phony number.

any time you see a # for the UK starting with 44-70 it will immediately tell you it belongs to a scammer. Those are redirecting #'s and if you make the mistake of calling it, not only will you be billed for the call to the UK, but also for the charges to wherever the # redirects to. This is why scammers love these #'s. It doesn't cost them anything but minutes.
