Employment scammer, looking for domestic staff and advertising on Indian classifieds sites.

I am glad to receive your feedback for the advertisement and also happy that you are interested in this job. I hope that you are already aware of the needs and willing to abide by the terms and conditions of the family. Following is the reminder of all terms and conditions.
Terms and conditions:
1. You will be given 1 bed room with attached bathroom and a personal parlor.
2. One cell phone with working network and a ready made internet connected desktop.
3. Your monthly salary will be $2,700 US Dollar per month along with medical allowance of 300 Dollar per week.
4. You are to resume your duty within 8 weeks from the date of signing your agreement.
5. You will get 1 month leave in a year.
6. Your working time will be 7AM to 5PM
7 The job is strictly on 2 years contract and is extendable according to your working performance.
8 If you have family and want to bring them along, i will provide you a proforma where you will have to fill up and sign it along with your family picture.
9 You are to arrange your own visa from your country both for yourself and for your family (if you are bringing along your family)
10 All the expenses you borne for visa processing will be refunded to you as soon as you resume your duty.
11 I will be responsible for your traveling flight ticket to other extra service while traveling. but you are to bear all the expenses regarding to your visa fee and other processing charge if any.reason is for me to know that you are serious .but i will be happy to tell you that all the expenses you make during the processing of your 2year working visa will be refunded to you within your 24hour of your arrival at my home.
If you are ready to abide by my terms and conditions kindly send me your international passport, passport size photograph and scanned copies of your documents so that i will proceed with all the procedures and send you the agreement letter. As soon as you signed and send back your agreement letter, i will forward your application and documents to Canada Embassy here in Canada and forward a copy to the Canada Embassy in your country and give you the detail information and status.

NOTE:when the time reach,i will direct you on whom you are to contact as an agent at the canada embassy that will assist you on how to process your visa because i ask her to secure a non appearance interview/application for any of my employee.
