Yes, I was almost a victim too after even I doubted the contract, I still sent my required docs but when I called "Mr. Binti", I realized he was insisting to immediately pay the visa fee as if he was clearly working for the Atlanta travel agency.
Sensing how these people work, it seems they have a very strong connection and support from high places, the reason they continue to do their trade of fooling people inspite of a lot of complaints (http://antifraudintl.org/showthread.php ... orporation)

Travel agents do not arrange work visas. To obtain a visa, you must contact the embassy or consulate of the country where you are going to in the country where you are.

Ignore all further messages from the scammers.

dugas-ae.com and atlantatravelsagent.com have both been killed. The domains were registered by someone in Nigeria.
