We have received your Cv/Resume.The Esso Exploration and production Limited has considered your Application and has also accepted to employ you based on your experience. The contract duration shall be 36 Months, which can also be liable for upward review depending on your performance and commitment.
However your Work time shall be 40 hours work week for the 36 months contract term. Any work performed beyond the normal 40 hrs a week is work time which attracts overtime pay.
You are required to forward to us the following details below;
1. A scan copy of your international passport
2. A scan copy of your medicals from any recognized doctor to proof that your fit for work
3. Professional and Training Certificate/Testimonials.
NOTE: That two Months salary shall be paid upfront before you embark on journey to assume duty. This procedure is to enable you settle all family expenses and pay for your flight ticket before travelling, as such no excuses will not be entertained on default related to starting date on 15th of July, 2014.
Finally your appointment/ confirmation letter will be ready tomorrow and it will state your designation, salary and also your starting date.
