EMPLOYEMENT CONTRACT
This Employment Contract made and entered on the 26th day of June, 2014, by and between the
PACESTONE CONSTRUCTION LTD ("EMPLOYER") and XXX
("EMPLOYEE") as ratified by action of the governing board and management of Pacestone
Construction Ltd. This contract incorporates and replaces all prior contracts and/or amendments thereto.
THIS AGREEMENT is agreed by and between both the EMPLOYER and the EMPLOYEE hereto as
follows:
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
The employment of the Employee shall commence the date hereof and continue for an indefinite term
until terminated in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
JOB DESIGNATION: Mechanical Engineer
JOB LOCATION
 Pacestone Construction Ltd: St Peters Court, Bickenhill, West Midlands,B92 0DN, United
Kingdom.
JOB COMMENCEMENT/PROCEEDING
 Employee’s official job resumption/commencement date is 28th July, 2014.
 PROBATION:
The parties hereto agree that the initial two (2) month period of this agreement is "probationary" in
the following respects:
a) The Employer shall have an opportunity to assess the performance, attitude, skills and other
employment-related attributes and characteristics of the Employee;
b) The Employee shall have an opportunity to learn about both the Employer and the position of
employment;
c) Either party may terminate the employment relationship at any time during the initial two (2)
month period with an advance one (1) week notice.
SALARY, ALLOWANCE AND BENEFITS
In consideration of the services to be provided by the Employee hereunder, the Employee, during
the term of employment, shall be paid a net salary of 240,000.00GBP (Two Hundred and Forty
Thousand British Pounds) per year payable in installments monthly according to the Employers
regular payroll schedule. In addition, the Employee is entitled to receive benefits in accordance
with the Employer's standard benefit package, as amended from time to time.
 UPFRONT PAYMENT OF SALARY/ALLOWANCES & BENEFITS
a) One month salary (Inclusive of all allowances & benefits) shall be paid in advance before
employee relocates to new job location after confirmation of procurement and verification of all
immigration documents.
b) All payments of salary after assumption of duty in the United Kingdom shall be 100% paid into a
bank account to be provided by Employee. This is in line with the Expatriate Financial Statutory
Laws.
 GRANTS & LOANS:
a) HOUSING LOAN SCHEME: One (1) year service to Pacestone Construction Ltd is required for
eligibility. Starter’s amount will be GBP £18,000.00 can be re-paid within ten (10) years.
b) LIEU CAR LOAN: All Employees are eligible to apply. Starter’s amount will be £4,000.00 can be
re-paid within five (5) years.
c) TRAFFORD BUSINESS LOAN: All Employees are eligible to apply starter’s amount will be
£5,000.00 to £30,000.00 annually.
 PENSION PLAN:
The Employee shall be entitled to participate in any pension or profit sharing plan or other type of
plan adopted by the company for the benefit of its officers and/or regular employees.
 FEEDING AND ACCOMMODATION:
a) Employee is expected to reside at the Pacestone Construction Ltd Staff Quarters if they so wish.
There are single bedrooms, double bedrooms and duplex options for Employee to choose from.
Family package status is also available for Employee that wishes to relocate with family.
b) Employee is entitled to take meals free of charge at the general staff canteens. Dietary option,
customized cooks and dieticians are available options.
 MEDICAL/HEALTH:
a) Employer will provide the Employee with comprehensive health care for the term of contract and
follow-on care for injuries suffered during the term of contract for employee and family.
b) Employee shall be entitled to comprehensive health care services, which are to be administered by
medical experts on job locations.
c) In a case of emergency situation, an Employee will be flown to his home country or any country
suitable for the best medical attention. This decision can be influenced by the findings of the
company's medical experts, unless the expatriate in question states otherwise.
d) Employer shall either provide to the Employee or pay the full premium for a comprehensive
family health insurance policy provided under Employer's existing family health insurance plan.
LEAVE PERIOD:
 You must notify the hotel or your immediate supervisor as soon as practicable if you are unable to
work for medical reasons. Such notice shall be given within the first four (4) hours of the working
day.
 Annual Leave: The Employee is entitled to six (6) weeks paid annual leave upon the completion of
one year's service from the date of confirmation of your employment.
 Sick Leave: The Employee shall be entitled to sick leave and emergency leave according to the
regular policies and procedures of the company. Additional sick leave or emergency leave over
and above paid leave provided by the company, if any, shall be unpaid and shall be granted at the
discretion of the board of directors.
 REIMBURSEMENTS AND EXPENSES:
The Employer shall reimburse the Employee in full amount for all reasonable expenses incurred
during the process of travel and procurement of immigration documents and any other required
certification.
a) Expenses made by the Employee in relation to household equipment, pets, and other personal
assets shall not be reimbursed as these would be considered employees responsibility.
b) Employee is strongly advised to keep original receipts and evidence of payment(s) made before
arrival in the United Kingdom as reimbursement applications made without receipt or evidence of
payment shall be denied.
c) Reimbursement shall be made to ONLY those who applied for them.
TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT
 Subsequent to completion of the probationary term of employment referred to in paragraph 2
herein, the Employer may terminate the employment of the Employee at any time:
a) For just cause at common law, in which case the Employee is not entitled to any advance notice of
termination or compensation in lieu of notice.
b) Without just cause, in which case the Employer shall provide the Employee with advance notice of
termination or compensation in lieu of notice.
 The Employee may terminate his employment at any time by providing the Employer with at least
eight (8) weeks advance notice of his intention to resign.
CONFIDENTIALITY
The Employee acknowledges that, in the course of performing and fulfilling his duties hereunder,
he may have access to and be entrusted with confidential information concerning the present and
contemplated financial status and activities of the Employer, the disclosure of any of which
confidential information to competitors of the Employer would be highly detrimental to the
interests of the Employer. The Employee further acknowledges and agrees that the right to
maintain the confidentiality of such information constitutes a proprietary right which the Employer
is entitled to protect. Accordingly, the Employee covenants and agrees with the Employer that he
will not, during the continuance of this agreement, disclose any of such confidential information to
any person, firm or corporation, nor shall he use same, except as required in the normal course of
his engagement hereunder, and thereafter he shall not disclose or make use of the same.
This Agreement terminates and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements on the subject matter
hereof. This Agreement may be modified only by a further writing that is duly executed by both parties.
This Agreement is constructed in accordance with section 8 of British Employment Act 1963. A single
arbitrator agreed upon by the parties shall decide any dispute between the parties arising out of this
agreement. This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United
Kingdom.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the date first above
written.
