A quick look at their website and the first thing I notice is this big statement, front and center:

10+ years of Student Exchange.

Interesting, since the domain is only 6 weeks old! hmmm.. measuring in some other planet's time perhaps?

Domain Name: USSTUDYP.COM
Registrar: PDR LTD. D/B/A PUBLICDOMAINREGISTRY.COM
Whois Server: whois.PublicDomainRegistry.com
Referral URL: http://www.PublicDomainRegistry.com
Name Server: NS.OPENHOSTING.RU
Name Server: NS2.OPENHOSTING.RU
Status: clientTransferProhibited
Updated Date: 29-may-2014
Creation Date: 29-may-2014
Expiration Date: 29-may-2015

and it is registered to an individual in Moscow!
Registrant Name: Alex Gusev Sergeevich
Registrant Organization: N/A
Registrant Street: moscow

A quick look through a few areas of the site just continues to confirm it is a scam, from the copied content from legitimate sites, copied and/or just plain bogus testimonials (at least one was stolen from a legitimate study-abroad site, one supposedly from the UK that was clearly written by someone who is not a native English speaker.)

Dotti types faster :D

The website is in the process of being reported for fraud.

It is ALWAYS a scam
If the pet seller or shipper asks for money to be sent via Western Union, Money Gram, any brand of gift card. Walmart To Walmart , Zelle , PayPal friends and family option, or mentions Cameroon

It is supposedly located at 44 Peace Street, Raleigh, North Carolina. Peace Street exists (I've been there), but googling the entire address draws a blank. The site was down last night; I checked it just now and the address does not exist. Mike Wilson checked a different site and also found that the address does not exist.

ETA: the site that was down was a site where I checked whether the address exists, and that was written the next day after I first posted this.

I hope you have not accepted this position. This whole operation is an huge scam. I completed all employment docs, provided direct deposit info, identity information, and then began working for "Lawrence Smith" of US STUDY PARTNERSHIP, 44 PEACE ST, RALEIGH NC who would not pay me. I promptly resigned. My attorney contacted him regarding what was owed me then this guy disappears. His website has been taken down. The whole thing is a hoax. Don't waste your time. :laugh-s:

Lawrence Smith would email projects to complete such as presentations, research projects, etc.

There is a federal wage claim filed with the labor board.

There is a police report in Raleigh NC.

There is a lawsuit filed against the company.

Since his website was domaines in Miscow we wonder if the student exchange for a child trafficking organization as in tricking parents into paying the money and then get the young people here only to complete the transactions.
