Accounting Clerk opportunity in FondFauna with a successful company. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for managing the tracking inbound material purchases and outbound shipments, invoicing sales orders, and cash application of receipts.
The Accounting Clerk will serve as support for all Finance areas, with a focus on general ledger journal entries, monthly budget report distribution, and financial compliance assistance.


Responsibilities :

Check, verify, and process accounts payable invoices
Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
Analyze discrepancies on both accounts receivable invoices
Maintain accounting records
Maintain procedures and workflow
Acts as liaison between corporate and branch accounts payable departments.
Answers all vendor inquiries.
Maintains all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounts payable files.
Assists Corporate Financial Officers and branch personnel as necessary.
Prepares and distributes monthly Budget-to-Actual reports to staff

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Made 2 Manage experience strongly recommended
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Oriented, Time Management, Attention to Detail
Performs balance sheet and other account reconciliations
