.net by the way had no results which in itself is quite unusual if this company was legitimate.

That website was only created a couple of days ago

Fake sites is not my specialty but what I can tell you is that it does shows signs that it may be a scam.

Could you please post the email address and if possible the header for this email, it may help the others who live in a time zone where it isn't 3am

Meanwhile, please stop all contact with this person until we can give you better information

I'll take it a step further and say this is a scam.

-notice there is no physical address in the site registration
-the salary is too high for the position
-weekly salary does not multiply out to 55K
-if they are a big US property investor, why this?
