Main Activities:


Type correspondence, reports and other documents
Maintain files
Open and distribute the mail
Maintain confidential records and files
Maintain records of decisions
Arrange for payment
Research and assist with the preparation of motions, policies and procedures
Review and edit reports
Prepare correspondence for clients
Prepare documents and reports on the computer
Answering phone calls
Record minutes and submit minutes for approval
Perform other related duties as required
Processes requisitions, payments, receipts and other necessary accounting activities, which may include accounts receivable and payable
Balances accounts on computer and by running tapes, proofreading, etc., prepares summary of balances, cost information, or other reports as requested for use in preparing financial documents
May prepare bank reconciliation for city accounts
Hold and transfer of funds for buyers, sellers and lenders
Closing the Company’s deals after confirmation
Following the instructions given by the Online Officer to the transaction in a timely manner.
Holds in funds, legal papers, and other collateral posted by contracting parties
React immediately to all notifications (email’s, phone calls or text message
