A recording company from US are opening up in London and they are in need of a lot of workers.
They given us free hands to get workers for them and my partner has worked for them when he lived in US.
Right now (immediately) they need a web master and I can see that you worked a lot in that field.

People with the "skills" to be web masters, secretaries and handymen are a dime a dozen in the UK, no one would be able to hire someone for those types of unskilled jobs from outside of the UK/EU - they would never get a visa.

Unless you have some very unique skills that a job requires and no on in the UK/EU can fill the position, you will not get a job in the UK - so anyone offering you one is a scammer.
