We are Syndicate Berries Farm based in Canada, we are currently seeking for seasonal
workers, as well as permanent employees, at our soft and top fruit farm and pack houses.
Many of our seasonal workers and permanent staff come from Europe, Asia and central Africa.
Our EU workers tend to come back year after year to work during the harvest and some
return for permanent, managerial positions after graduation.

Title: Harvesting labourers
Salary per hour: CAD $22 and other benefits

We provide all the training and support necessary for our employees to perform to the
best of their ability and provide various opportunities for development and training.

We Provide excellent facilities for washing, cooking and cleaning.
Facilitate recreation with access to sporting and social facilities.
We provide English language courses to our longer term workers

This is manual work in the performance of semi-skilled farm tasks of a
physically demanding nature.

There are no specific education or training requirements.

Main Duties

Harvesting labourers perform the following duties:
Pick row and orchard crops
Sort, weigh and pack fruit and vegetables at the farm
Load, unload and transfer crates, supplies, farm produce and products for transport
Clean up racks, trays and growing, producing and packing areas.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Accommodation - Provided.
2. Ticket - Provided (Including during Vacation).
3. Medical - Provided.
4. Transportation - Provided.
5. Working hours - 9am-6pm [mon-sat]
6. Vacation - 28 days every year
7. Salary - CAD $22 per hour
8. Contract - 2 years.
10. Insurance & Pension - According to Canadian Labor laws.
11. Other Benefits - Family status, group benefit and other
fringe benefits.

Other terms according to Quebec labor laws.
