It is a scam.

The scammer will offer you a (nonexistent) job and then you will be told you need to pay visa fees.

The writer is West African and is using a 44-70 number to pretend to be in the United Kingdom when he is not. It is a scam. The next step will be that he tells you to apply to a particular lawyer or travel agent, probably also pretending to be in the UK, to get a visa or work permit. That is not how one gets a visa.

An "interview questionnaire" is not an interview. Companies don't hire without interviews.

Stop answering the scammer and don't tell him how you know it's a scam.
