Pro Carriers LLC Representative

We are looking for local representatives who are interested in working and growing with Pro Carriers LLC.

The main goal is to provide customer support in the customer's native language (email, phone, etc.) and local time zone. Excellent knowledge of Pro Carriers LLC working procedures and policies is required. Compensation will be provided.

We are looking for someone who can see it as a challenge and work with us to grow in each market.

Responsibilities:
1. Translate and update Pro Carriers LLC website (if you live in country with different language than English).
2. Customer support by email and phone. You will get access to our system to be able answer and handle customer issues.
3. Verifying customers and uploaded documents.
4. Help increase our business presence in your local market. There will be bonus payments and the possibility of long term cooperation.

Requirements
We prefer working with customers who frequently ship with Pro Carriers LLC (Diamond or Gold status).
Representative should become a Payment partner.
Great communication skills and understanding of our work procedures.

Compensation
Representative compensation will be 0.5 USD per support issue solved. For example customer has some problem. You solve it in one reply and you get 0.5 USD per such email. Solving means that you will not just forward the email to our main support, but will use admin account for necessary action to resolve the issue (for example notify the warehouse about problem with package). If there is a clarification or another reply it still counts as one support issue solve and compensation remains at 0.5 USD.
