Mountship Representative

We are looking for local representatives who are interested in working and growing with Mountship.

The main goal is to provide customer support in the customer's native language (email, phone, etc.) and local time zone. Excellent knowledge of Mountship working procedures and policies is required. Compensation will be provided.

We are looking for someone who can see it as a challenge and work with us to grow in each market.

Responsibilities:
1. Translate and update Mountship website (if you live in country with different language than English).
2. Customer support by email and phone. You will get access to our system to be able answer and handle customer issues.
3. Verifying customers and uploaded documents.
4. Help increase our business presence in your local market. There will be bonus payments and the possibility of long term cooperation.

Requirements
We prefer working with customers who frequently ship with Mountship (Diamond or Gold status).
Representative should become a Payment partner.
Great communication skills and understanding of our work procedures.

Compensation
Representative compensation will be 0.5 USD per support issue solved. For example customer has some problem. You solve it in one reply and you get 0.5 USD per such email. Solving means that you will not just forward the email to our main support, but will use admin account for necessary action to resolve the issue (for example notify the warehouse about problem with package). If there is a clarification or another reply it still counts as one support issue solve and compensation remains at 0.5 USD.

There will be also a bonus payment when the representative helps us more (promotion of Mountship, local partnerships, etc.)

I received this email about a month ago and wanted to make some extra cash so without thinking about it I went for it. I was told after my monthly trial I was going to get my first check for that month and after that it was going to be every two weeks. After my month was up and I was hitting that two week mark, all of a sudden my login was not working anymore and no word from my so called manager. Its going on 2 weeks and still no word from with MountShip.

Please print out all emails from Mountship and take them to the police before they start looking for you. You have been forwarding stolen merchandise. Explain that you are a scam victim and you were tricked into it.

Mountship has been reported for fraud. The email will go into the next report, if it's still up then.

Wow I really feel like a fool for thinking that something good could come out of this. I even started with another company "Rochelle Researches Inc" about two weeks ago. I started to get suspicious when I haven't heard from the manager of MountShip in two weeks and I'm just now doing research about these two companies to check if they are legit.

Thank you for clearing this up for me. I also have a package that was return to me because it didn't clear customs. What would be the best thing to do with that?

How do you find OUT if we received A package for your customer?

When you are ordering from any store you have two options. Either order in your own name. That way store do not red-flag any order. Billing and shipping will be the same. Some store don't mind if you ship to different person (for example as the gift). If that is the case you can put your customers name on the delivery address (together with your mailbox number and address). You will enter your customers name instead of your own name.
Add your customers name under OTHER NAMES section of your account.
Whenever we receive a new package we will check if it is for one of your customers. You will see your customers name on the package so you know who it belongs to.
