I have seen this ad in many websites and not sure if scam or not

We are currently hiring foreigners to work in Hotels in USA.
Applicants must be age 18 and above.

Waiters,
Cooks,
Drivers,
Security Guards.
Etc.

We are going to process your visa and pay for your air ticket. The money will be deducted from your salary when you start work on monthly bases within a 1-year-period.

It is a scam.

ANY legitimate hotel or even recruiter will have a legitimate address from a real domain. No legitimate hotel or recruiter will ask you to write a gmail address.

Plus, an American hotel would NOT be looking for foreigners to fill some of those jobs.
