Even I am a Victim of this Rex Energy, Initially they will send you few forms & contract letters to sign, scan & send them. Later they will ask you for educational documents.

Then they are sending the Offer Letter & asking us to contact US Embassy Consuler of Mumbai.
If you clearly observe the email you get is from different address like [email protected] | [email protected] | [email protected] which is all fraud to only collect the VISA processing fee. Dont be a prey of it. The US number listed as 717 will never answer & they send indian numbers to contact. Find below.

To this point, we want to congratulate you on your appointment with REX ENERGY CORPORATION. We wish to contact you via Phone but the time difference won’t permit. So please bear with us. I wish to inform you that we have gone through your resume and your signed agreement, we are satisfied in working with you.


However, according to your resume, your work experiences are quite exciting and now your eligibility to work in REX ENERGY CORPORATION, has been confirmed at the Company's Management board. So you are expected to get all your traveling documents ready with you through the assistance of the US Immigration Attaché Consular, Mumbai, India. You can bring your family along but not more than 5 members will be allowed.

Note that the entire traveling documents and formalities required by you should be obtained through US High Commission Mumbai, India. According to the US Immigration Service. Your file will be opened through the office of the US Attaché in the US Embassy on your behalf to fasten up your visa process as soon as you meet the Embassy demand by registering with them.

We have agreed that all the cost of the visa should be paid by you, which is in accordance to the Contract Agreement Letter. Moreover, the Company Management shall send your Flight Ticket when your visa is ready and the housing accommodation has been provided for you.
