Is this a scam?

I recently got in touch with a couple of people on Craigslist that were offering jobs.
I got an email today about an opening for a Tour Manager. I didn't apply for this job, and I don't know how they got my email address. I'm sure this is a scam, but I'd like to get some reassurance.
Here are the contents of the original email:

We are currently need for US citizen candidates to apply the vacancy of a Tour Manager with our business and I suggest you to accept applying for it. Let me know to say a couple of words about the position details and the advantages it involves:

-Customer requests & payment handling;
-Orientation to raise in terms of professional expertise and earn funds;
-A perfect candidate should be goal-oriented;
-Initial level PC grammar (Office & Adobe Reader is needed to be installed on your PC);
-Part-time (approx. seven-fourteen hours weekly) working, flexible work schedule (to allow you combine working for us with your current occupation and make extra income);
-Monthly fixed income in amount of three thousand USdoll;
-No your own expenses.

The scammer wants you to receive stolen money and forward it back to him.
