It's a typical money mule recruiting scam. You would be distributing fraudulent checks to other victims on behalf of the criminals.

Go to "work" for these people and the only thing you have a chance to earn is a criminal record.

The website was a real website, that's why I somewhat believed it.

Scammers regularly steal the identity of real companies and their websites as part of their scams. Just quoting a website in an email doesn't mean that the person actually works for that company. If you look at the emails that you receive, you will see that any replies you send will go to a totally different domain (or possibly a free email address).

Could you post the email addresses that the mail was sent from and the replies go to - those are things that victims will search for.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.

The header where the email address would usually be was "I believe in God" which I found REALLY weird, the email was [email protected]

This same scammer has previously scammed for "Car Wrap" scams

The writing is clearly West African, not American, and no real company hires after only a Yahoo Messenger interview. It's a scam.
