Proposal for Company Representative / Payment Receiving Agent
1. BACKGROUND
Fortex Industrial Limited. (HK), founded in 1989, is specialized in professional designing, manufacturing and distributing Digital audio / video product. Our company has a strong and experienced technical team, being familiar with production management and capable of swift response and solving problems, that engages in engineering design, product development.
We have established the long-term cooperation relationship with American and European customers for years. Our customers possess strict requirement for us to manufacture products with high performance and we succeed to get familiar with these customers and meet their needs. And we are proud to claim we are second to none. The management Board (Fortex Industrial LTD) seeks approval from you to act as a representative / payment receiving agent in your region.
2. PURPOSE
The purpose of this proposal is to request you to be affiliated with us as a representative.
3. PAYMENT RECEIVING SOLUTION REQUIRED
Opening communication with our customers in your region, via telephone or email if necessary.
Report on the status of the various customers handed over for collection as well as the successful collection of the capital amount.
Adherence to a strict code of conduct and ethical practices.
4. CONTRACT SCOPE AND STATEMENT OF WORK
I. You must be prepared to devote substantial personal time and resources to this undertaking to assure of major effort is made to collect outstanding payment without delay and to report promptly, completely and accurately all collection activities, Fortex Industrial ltd proposes to enter into a one (1) year contract with an option to renew the contract if your service is satisfactory.
II. You must have the ability and resources for collection of funds in your country

5. PROPOSED CONTINGENT FEE OF SERVICE 10%
You shall be paid a contingency fee of 10% of every amount paid through you to Fortex Industrial Ltd and a fixed monthly salary of $2,000.00.
6. Acceptance - Rejections:
Fortex Industrial Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject proposals, to waive any technicality in any proposal and to accept any part of a proposal as deemed to be in the best interest of the Fortex Industries
7. CANCELLATION:
Fortex Industrial Ltd reserves the right to cancel any contract in whole or in part without penalty due to the misappropriation of funds or for failure of you to comply with the terms, conditions and specifications of this proposal.

Yes obviously we do have a bit of communication issue over the phone. However, I want you to know that I have noticed your commitment and I couldn't have wished for anyone else to establish this kind of business relationship with, I really hope we can build a solid and prosperous business relationship base on trust and honesty.



I was trying to let you know over the phone that we often have business transactions to finance there in United States / Canada due to the sudden high demand of goods, and we are also in the process of building a depot in California. So substantial part of the payments we receive from our customers in North America, will be going into most projects we have in hand as the case may be, so it will cost us more to receive those payments direct to China or Hong Kong and in few days time wire it back to United States, and some times some customers would want to write a check to cover the amount they owe the company and its often difficult for us to receive such payments.



So we are trying to establish a close and firm relationship with our customers thereby using an intermediary source, until we are able to establish a depot in USA and break into the American Market properly. So I hope you understand where we are coming from.



Sequel to our last conversation. Find the contact details of one of our customers due for part payment of $76,500.00. Upon the success of this first collection we will be able to ascertain the kind of agreement we want to sign with you and the duration, I am quite sure this is fair enough to both parties:
