Five-year domain registered by someone in Dubai, though his last name sounds Slavic rather than Arabic. It may be real.

Fill out the form and see what happens (you may want to post the reply here). If he directs you to a travel agent for a visa or work permit or cites the Expatriate Statuary Law, it is fake.
