As our Administration Assistant you will be required to manage our database, invoice clients, process payments, help maintain in house promotions, carry out some light cleaning and other administrative reception duties.
You will need to:
Be able to use Macs and PCs
Have experience with databases
Have experience with invoicing and receipting money
Manage mailing lists
Manage the front desk
Be honest, friendly and comfortable engaging with students
Be professional in your personal presentation
Be able to work quickly and efficiently
The hours of employment are from Monday to Friday, 9:00am- 2:00pm

We accept more and more donations of goods. Appliances, Clothing, Household Goods, etc. Your responsibilities will consist of check and keep reporting on incoming and outgoing delivery. Check receipt of delivery against bills of lading, invoices or other record. To keep the record of parcels.
