As you already pointed out, the lack of an interview is clearly an issue. Scammers like this offer their "jobs" to everyone they encounter, because the job offer is where the scam starts, when they send you to their fake travel agency--which will then demand money on the pretext of getting you a visa.

For others reading this thread there are a couple of key points to remember:
1) Legitimate companies do not offer jobs without a real interview. Emails and chat are not a real interview.
2) Travel agencies cannot arrange visas.
