I wish I had found this site a few days ago. I was just scammed a couple of days ago by this outfit. They said they had a loan for me (which I desperately needed and now need even worse because of them). I tried to check them out on the internet and what I found out seemed legitimate. I sent them $400 and was told that the loan would be transferred by 3 p.m. Called them at 4 p.m. when my bank did not have the funds and was told by an angry sounding man that it would be 7 p.m. instead because of a error in their system. Called them at 7 p.m. to verify the funds transfer and was hung up on. Tried again and was hung up on again. Tried all the extension numbers I had and was either sent to a voice mail or hung up on. Got a different phone to call from because I figured they might answer if I had another number show up on their caller ID and as soon as they recognized my voice they hung up. Then I found this website through another search on another search engine. I followed the link and saw another name and extension from these scammers. The man protested and said they were not scammers. I tried calling the number they gave me (1-855-260-6579) with the new extension number I found on the reply to your site. He said the company was so big he did not know whether or not the person I was looking for was in and gave me a third extension to call. Supposedly this was the manager and customer service person. Of course, when I tried this number, I got hung up on again.

I have since filed a complaint with the FBI and IC3 and found out these people are some serious scammers. I know I will more than likely not get my money back. Because of this, I will not be able to pay my utilities and will more than likely have them shut off. I am having to go to a food bank to feed my granddaughter (my son is disabled and I have been helping him and his daughter out with food), and cannot pay any of my bills because I cleaned my bank account out to secure what I thought was a good loan.

I just want to let other people know about these people before they do to someone else what they did to me. They just don't seem to care at all how they hurt people. The sad part is, they probably could make more money helping people with bad credit obtain higher interest loans and it would be a legitimate business.

My husband & I were also scammed by them. They took the last $800 we had in our account & since then we have incurred several other transactions out of our account that we are sure is them. We had to close our checking account this past week to avoid any further fraudelent activity. Unfortunately our internet got shut off for a few days due to not being able to pay the bill because of this sitituation & now we have lost all documents from our emails that prove the whole transaction! Americap said they would refund our $800 by the 21st of this month but like you I am sure we will never see that money again. If not for the help of my father we would not of been able to feed our 3 children for a week! We now are behind in bills thanks to them. Please keep us updated on what information you find out & if anything is done. We did plan to go to the authorities on the 21st if our money was not refunded but now due to the loss of the emails have no solid proof. I wish you well in the challenging time you have ahead of you.

These people still do not answer any phone calls or anything from me so I am sure they have caller ID and have my phone # programed in to their system. The local police came and took copies of all the documents I saved and printed off to forward to the FBI and again the officer told me it will be unlikely for me to ever get any money back from Americap. The officer said to be sure to let law enforcement know if these people call me to either threaten me or to offer a settlement and to make sure to save any and all documentation (emails and everything). The bad part is I am having to scrounge to try to keep my utilities on. Salvation army and Catholic Charities are helping with part of it and I am trying to get the last 150 to keep everything connected. Our local food pantry is giving me enough food to get by until my next check.

It's sad that these people don't care what they do to others. I just cannot believe that people can do things like this to others and still live with themselves. I hope you are doing well and know that with God's help we will all survive. Good luck to all who have been hurt by people like these.

I had an unauthorized withdrawal from my checking account a couple of weeks ago. Think it is this company from what my banker and I can find out. We are changing my account number so we can stop access. This is getting way out of hand. I have tried to find out more about these people and what little I find is not good. One of their reps did talk to me and swears they are not scammers. Told them to return my money then, but of course, it never came back. All people please be aware of these people. They don't care who they hurt and will keep taking from you if they get half a chance.

I have also been scam, by this worthless so called company. I wired 1060.00 dollars to this company. after sending the money requested by some freak Rick Nolan 20 min later i was called by a person saying he was ricks boss. ceo of this garbage company, saying that i need to send more money for collaterol. told this freak i would not send any more money and for him to send my money back. he advised me not for thirty days.needless to say nothing ever came. People that work for companys such as this need prison time because in my eyes thats theft.
I was woundering if ther is anything legal i can do to bring them to justice like the scum they are.

I was also scammed by this company and need them to be punished, I am a single mother of two who was trying to get a loan get a house and to pay expenses because I am a laid off teacher. I sent the 1600 dollars that I borrowed to get a 85 dollar loan. No loan, the run around and no 30 refund. I am devastated and I still need somewhere to stay, I have exhausted all my savings and won't be rehired til August and no check til September. This really hurt me and my girls, don't know what to do!! Hate I ever dealt with them.
