There is nothing wrong with my website. And, I didn't know it was your job to check me out. I thought this was an open forum where members can post their comments. I certainly don't see you applying the same due diligence to those posting negative comments. So why the scrutiny for someone who has something positive to say?

Why wouldn't we? We get plenty of fake testimonials for scammers here. Establishing your bona fides would go a long way to proving that Parklane was also genuine.

So I recently rcvd an LOI from these guys, and they want very large sum - NON-REFUNDABLE and no guarantee to loan. Too sketchy for my taste.
