Dear XXX,
     I see that he just wanted to mess with us, and after approving the loan and made this available now you're saying it is no longer interested, I really do not understand why you chose to waste our time in this transaction, when I sent the certificate transfer the loan is approved do not know why you chose to do this the hard way in this.

    Well kindly advise why the change of mind when we approved the loan and gave our bank for the payment as you have asked, because you said that you can not make payment via Money Gram I really do not know your reasons to do all this .

Well to make this easier if you agree pay half the share of demand by Money Gram and we will transfer the loan and when it arrives, you can complete the processing fee before you can examine the loan repayment..So this loan if you want to understand kindly that we are willing to complete the transaction with you OK.
