Story :
This guy Mr Cherdpong Siriwit posed as a investment partner want to invest in your company , promised you 200,000 USD to 70m USD. Then ask you to use their lawyer (MK LAW OFFICE & Associate) and they send an official invoice ( take note the company stamp is scan and pasted.)
The Whole Conversation (which I kept) is very professionally done..pretty good written english. he will tell you that does not need to call his office to check on him because he has shares everywhere. and eager to meet you up to discuss on your business. like a normal businessman . He will skip or avoid question that asked him about identity and relationship with MK LAW.
We did ask to provide Company Registration info or simply namecard, he will tell you stories that they dont any how give namecard as he is from an independent shareholder
We are the victims of this professional scammer.... there are alot to tell about this Meeluk guy and Mr Cherdpong Siriwit. We would love to help anyone who is in contact with them, if both these guys send email to anyone...

I am contacting you on the advise of a Thai based broker who saw your post on Expatriates.com. As a private investor, am looking to fund international projects and start ups. I can assist your project with expanding its sales, marketing, technological and operational activities. "

I think you need to calm down here because we have conducted our own investigation and we found out that someone who applied for a loan in Thailand and was asked to undergo the same procedure as you were asked to in our own case posted the information you saw in google. It has nothing to do with MK law office and Associates, with their number not in use or their website not in existence.
Of course i recommended them because i was told they are good and not because of their website or what was posted on google. Besides, Meeluk Kaewsiri is not associated with MK law office and you might have seen someone different. I am here in Thailand and can't possibly be blind enough that i will cheat on you. Even if you call Thoresen Thai Agencies Public Company Limited, they will deny knowledge of me having investing abroad because am associated with a lot of companies and Thoresen is not the only company i have a share with. I am director to a lot of companies which you can help yourself and search. You should have conducted this search before anything than coming now to make me look bad and stupid. This is also the reason why i do not invest in companies in Asean countries they will end up looking for a way to bring you down.
Well, all i can say is that the documents you paid for will be delivered to you when it is ready. If you try to call any company am associated with, they will clearly deny having any idea of me investing in your company.
