I had a bad encounter with this socalled forex trade company, they refused to give a recording of a conversation I had with an employee no way you can make 30 0000 dollar in one week and I cannot withdraw my balance in the account, won't advise anyone to deal with them, wheree do I report the scheme?

There is no such thing as "Private Lenders" or "International Lenders", so it is almost certain that this is a scam. Please post the email address, phone number, website etc that they are using, along with the emails they are sending and we can tell for certain.

This is the correct place where to report any schemes of scammers.
Could you please share any emails recieved from the ForEx (or did they call you on your phone only?) company so that other people can see it and be aware of the scam? Please, make sure to delete all your personal information (names, phone numbers, email address and such) before you publish them and we will be more than happy to help you.

Meanwhile, stop all contact with the scammer. They will keep trying to convince you to give them your money, it is best if you ignore them and after few days, they will give up. Let them think you have simply disappeared.

I answered your email and PM about dr jack loans, it is a scam. Anyone offering a low interest loan using a free email service such as gmail and yahoo are always a scam.
