that's what their told me, you know the FBI are charging them right now that's why their said you should pay the $300 before you will have your funds right now, cause the FBI gave them an option right now that once you pay the $300 and you don't have your funds, the bank will be charged to court and their will go for it and all money you have spent will be refunded back to you okay.
