Has anyone gotten a email about a lady named Joelle Challard from Paris, who gives loans? She sent me a email saying that she would give me a loan. But the bank she banks with ask you to pay an insurance fee before they can release the funds. Is it a scam?

hi derrick77571,

it is virtually illegal in every country on earth to ask for an advance fee prior to obtaining a loan. Not to mention anyone with business smarts would add that cost into the total on the loan, so they could earn interest on it. After all, interest is how they make their money, right??

Please read this article for more information on these loan scams. viewtopic.php?f=35&t=3161

The fact is there is no such thing as an "international lender". They must be an approved lender in the country you live in. The fact is also that if your credit is not that good, then your choices are not that good, either. Don't try to find the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, it does not exist.
