Charity Financial Services at http://charityfinancialservices.com is a fake site. The company does not exist. The fraudster will need payment up front to arrange your loan and you will never receive a loan.

It is a scam - they have no loan for you, it is a fake company trying to steal your money.

DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY WILL LURE YOU WITH 4-5% INTEREST RATE WITH 2-3 POINTS ASK YOU FOR DEPOSIT AND CLOSING COST THAT YOU WILL NEVER SEE AGAIN. THEY HAVE FAKE ACCOUNTS IN SEVERAL BANKS SUCH AS BANK OF AMERICA, INDUSTRIAL BANK, NAVY FEDERAL BANK, USAA AND OTHERS...

I managed to get as much info I could for all to see, filed a police report and contact FBI as well. The Nigerians are at it again. Let this be a warning to all those dealing with following companies and individuals. They are all connected with each other and originate from Nigeria posing as US Veterans!

The scammer at this LinkedIn account claims to be a private lender with CL Financial Services, but failed to provide any legitimate business info. The picture and the name seems fake. The scammer sent me guidelines that include instructions to wire transfer of security deposit and insurance fees before the loan. The fraudster guarantees loans form 100k to 10 million to anyone including those with 550 FICO at 5% rate with 25% broker commission!!!

I asked for information to verify the claims but I have yet to hear from the scammer!!!
