came across this website and was wondering if it is a scam or is it a legitamite lender with really high rates

Looks like a typical "payday loan" type of company. From the looks of things, they do actually give loans, but like any payday loan scenario, it's at an extremely high cost, and ultimately often causes the borrower much more harm than good.

ok one more i am wondering about got a call after filling out applications to submit info to email address [email protected] can you give me any insight on them or tell me where i can look for myself?

The domain checks out, dates back to 2001.

It appears to be another straightforward payday loan store, once again the loans appear to be real, but the interest rates are once again in the range of a few hundred percent to over 1000%. Since this is typical of a payday loan, it is consistent with what the site claims.
