Nice to know that you are interested in getting funding from me to fund your deals and i have review the attachment of the project summary you sent to me but before we proceed further you will have to agree with our terms of funding below, Further to this approval, LOAN CONTRACT AGREEMENT will be drafted and send to you for signing. Signing of Loan Contract Agreement.
In completing the signing of the loan contract agreement, you will have to meet with the Loan origination fee and once this is done, loan will be ready for transfer after closing of the loan on the draw-down date.
LOAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This is to inform you that before you will be qualify in getting a loan from our company you will have to agree with some certain condition which are listed below:
1. That you must be above 18 years of age
2. You must be willing to pay back the loan funds within the due date
3. You must agree with the interest rate which is 4%
4. The Minimum about of loan funds we give out is $100,000.00 and the Maximum amount is $10 million
5. We give our clients 6 months grace period before they start making their repayment of the loan funds
6. They will have to present a Collateral for the loan funds, if you don't have you will have to get the Non-Collateral Document from our company.
7. You will have to send us a scan copy of any of your ID CARD for proof OF Identity
8. That you will be willing to contact the insurance company and get the loan insured
9. We do close all our deals within 3 working business days.
10. We do 100% funding/ No Prepayment Penalty* No Credit Check.
11. Borrowers is subjected to the Loan Origination cost for the loan processing before the loan can be approved and set aside for disbursement to borrower designated Bank account.
Like i have stated, we do charge for the Loan origination fee of your loan with us that stand as security deposit of the loan the borrower seek..
I also attach to this mail a proof of funds letter to show that I am ready to give out this funds provided every security proceed/registration are meet.
