Due to take money out of my bank, need help.

I really need help, I've been looking for a loan didn't get anywere with it, then the following day I recieved a phone call from " more financial " saying that I've been accepted, they said there was a one off charge of £69.50 so that we could verify my bank details, so I told them and the money is due to come out on Friday, I've recently read some reviews about them and people have said they charged them never game them a loan or refunded it. Now I'm really worried I tried ringing them up to see if they could guarntee that I would get the loan but they were really unhelpful. I don't know what to do?

Call your bank and cancel the payment. How did you first find this "loan company"? Would you please post any emails that you have had?

Then I got a phone call, saying my loan had been approved I was just so happy that they approved it when they said they needed the long card number to verify that it was me I didnt think nothing of it. Then they asked for the £69.50 payment and said it would come out on Friday, so then they took the rest of my details so that the money can be put into my acount.

I feel that I have fallen foul of this company too! I received a phone call from more financial on the 20th June 2011. They assured me I had been approved for 1000 pounds and that all I had to do was pay the application fee of 69.50, at which point they would send me the loan agreement to sign digitally via email within 1hr. I informed them that I could not afford the admin fee until the next day. they took my card details and took payment the next morning at approx 9am. Still no agreement either by email or post. 18 phone calls later and still nobody to speak to. It just rings and then asks me to leave a number and message. Still no contact. No email to contact either! Surely this is a Trading Standards issue?

I have however traced the possible address for more financial based on the longtitude/latitude of their IP address. This appears to be as mentioned: Manchester, Property on the corner of Thornton St North and Stretton Close.

To be honest I don't really know what my options are now. Possibly could try to have bank re-call the monies but it isn't a definate solution. Would like to use the 69.50 in fuel to go and pay them a visit! Grrrr.

Hello people, this company does seem to be rather naughty!
The phone number of 08442478347 does seem to point to morefinancial.
One comment I saw went onto say: "Exactly right. I wish I had seen this thread before parting with 69 pounds of hard earned dosh. They are a joke, a scam and above all thieves. DO NOT accept anything they say and certainly do not give up any card details like the idiots that we were. The people are the scum of the earth."

They took the details of your credit card? - Block it immediately! Then contact your credit card company and ask them to call back the payment. If they don't want to do it, insist!

Your credit card company might want proof of a fraudulent transaction. So don't delete these emails, print them out and send them to your cc company. You need to act fast.

Hi me and my wife was also done by more about a month ago I had a phone call from a guy at more saying I've been accepted for a £7500 loan and it would be in our account within 5-10 days after payment of 69.90 was made to them not a broker fee but a admin fee my mind was thinking no I've been conden before and I told him this but he made me think it wasn't a con so I gave him my debit card details like a twat. We don't have this sort of money too waste and after reading about them I want to go and beat them up and get my money back but we now no that this will never happen unless you no how to get me my money back from them???? Do I need to go to my bank and stop any more money going to them if they have my details???

Hi all i have have money took out of my bank today by these same people my bank are telling me i have to make contact with them before they can try and get my money back from them, but the number i am calling just rings and rings then goes to answer phone asking you to leave your number and a message which i have been doing the starnge thing is that i have never appiled for a loan so i just dont know where they have got my bank details from, so my advise to anyone who's money is due to come out of the bank is to stop your card i know its a massive pain to be without your bank card while waiting for another one to come but in the long run it will save you £69.50

You need to contact your bank as soon as possible and tell then not to allow any withdrawls. If you gave them credit card information, get in contact with your credit card company and most likely ask to have a new credit card number be released to you.

Do not wait, make the contacts as soon as you possibly can.

Welcome to ScamWarners kate1212. I am sorry you lost money. Your advice is very good and sound. I am sorry you got taken for any amount. The bank looks at it like you gave permission, unless you revoke that permission by contacting the bank.

You can also send an email saying you revoke permission to access your account. That is just for "legal" reasons. It won't stop the scammer. Thank you for posting here!
