Yes, this has the indicators of a scam. The first one is the 4470 telephone number. That is a redirect number, so the person you talk to will not be in the UK as they are pretending to be.

Instead of giving you an actual website, they give you a reference to the company they are pretending to be.

That would be enough for me to steer clear of this company.

Your best bet is to visit an actual bank to get a loan. That is my opinion and I am sticking to it.
