the email address gave a Google hit here (it is an anti-scam site):

The English of the mail is bad, surely not written by a native speaker.

A legitimate company would have its own email domain and wouldn't use a free Yahoo account.

So yes, I think this is a fraudulent offer.

EDIT: There is a legitimate company Zenith Investment the scammer has stolen the name of.
