Hmm , i must say i ve been on google maps..And let s go by numbers ;)

They have a picture of a building on their website, and when i went on google maps on street view there wasnt any building like theirs ;) ..And they are giving adresses like these ones :

216 E 45th St Suite 802
New York, NY 10017

And when u go on google maps there is a option on ur left side ,saying :

Selected businesses at this address:
And on their adress there wasnt any name of businesse like Arevia Solutions Inc.

On their second adress it s the same sittuations ;)
THere isnt any name of bussines like theirs ;)

Then u can see on Street View .. All around are building but no where is their bulding,or a BIG SIGN saying AREVIA Solutions Inc. What is very weird.
If i am saying this is a scam :

And these testimonials are typical scamers for me,they are so thankfoul and that stuff , and any serius company doesnt have testimonials ,because they have respected and KNOWNED :D
especially a companys who are giving loans ;)

Here at Arevia Solutions Inc. we back our integrity with proof.

Dear Justin,
I wanted to thank you for being “on the ball!”
You called me to ask if I had any questions and to see if I had gotten the application. I appreciate your compassion in not treating me as though I was a bad person simply because I had the misfortune to get into debt. I look forward to being debt free with your and Arevia Solutions Inc.’ help.

I just wanted to write-THANKS! For making my life financially better! The process was painless, your representatives always helpful and PATIENT! And the best part was it ONLY took 3 YEARS to PAY OFF!!! I tell you, when that day came, it made me feel GREAT that I could accomplish this in so little time. THANKS Arevia Solutions Inc.!

“I’m writing this letter in appreciation for the efforts made by your firm. Bob my account manager, In particular. He has made me feel comfortable with my inability to pay my outstanding debt I had 27 creditors against me. I contacted your firm, within a short time all my creditors were contacted and the letters stopped. You have my deepest thanks that I have to offer.”

Dear team,
Thank you for providing me this service, which allowed me to pay off all my debts. I’m getting married in 2 weeks and I’m doing it debt free! This would have taken me many more years at my original pace.

Dear Friends,
A little over 7 years ago, feeling extremely frustrated, I checked through the yellow pages and I found Arevia Solutions Inc.. Due to a set of very difficult, unfortunate circumstances, we needed help. I found Arevia Solutions Inc. to be helpful, compassionate to our problems, and very easy to work with. This has also been true of people I have referred to them. After sticking to it, working with them, I can happily say we have reached the end. We are financially smarter, financially balanced, and thank you to the people who helped us is not enough!

Hello GHawk318!
Your suspicions that brought you to the site are correct. This is a typical loan scam.

The website is registered for one year (registered April this year) and registrants info is privacy protected. These two things are signs of a fake website.

I would suspect they will ask you to send a processing fee to get your loan. They will ask for you to send the money through Western Union. After you sent the money there would only be more fees to come.

Justin

Thanks for all the info guys, I appreciate it and can't wait for them to call me back so I can throw all this information their way, should be interesting to hear their response....or the sound of them hanging up!! Another scammer identified, this time BEFORE they got anyones money, let's make sure it stays that way!!

Actually, as tempting as it is, it is best if you don't point out the things that make us know they are scammers. When you point out the things that give them away, they learn to change or hide some of those things, or they prepare some kind of explanation for when they start the next scam.

It's best to leave them wondering what they did wrong--then they won't improve their scams.

It is fine to post some of the things that show they are scammers in the forums here. Posting some points helps potential victims understand signs to look for. But we often don't post every detail, so that we don't educate scammers too much. We also don't want targets to confront the scammers with these points, as tempting as it is to do so, as that ensures that the scammers know what to avoid next time.

Since we are good at indentifying the scammers....my question is....are a there any reputable lenders anyone has actually had success with?
by jabbawest Wed Nov 09, 2011 8:38 pm
It most certainly is a scam.
I do all the vetting around my house when someone asks about a deal or company.
Google:
Dear Justin, I wanted to thank you for being “on the ball!”
The first page of that search will be full of sites with that exact sentence.

A lot of other scam alert clues exist but that on is the most obvious.
