Good afternoon.

My name is Paul Warshawsky, and I am the owner of NavMar Investments. I came across this post due to keywords through my analytic report, and thought I would assist you in your question.

NavMar Investments has been around for quite awhile, as you found on the net. We are not lenders, we are a brokering company that works with several highly recognized lenders across the United States. We specialize in small to medium sized business loans, commercial loans, real estate agent loans, and merchant cash advances. We have a program that can basically assist any established business in the country, thus the reason for the multiple programs that we make available to the public.

I can say that we have assisted many people with their lending request over the years, and happy to say that we have NEVER charged an upfront fee. Nor have we ever asked for payment on a deal that was not funded. The best part is 99% of our deals that are funded, we are actually compensated by the lender, not the client.

I can understand your concern for a legit broker/lender especially in today's market. There are a ton of scams out there. For example, I currently am assisting a company that has greatly been taken advantage of. Scenario is, he was informed by this "expert" for establishing unsecured business credit for my clients company. He was told that for $5,000 that he would receive over $250,000 in unsecured, no pg lending. Well as we all know, you should NEVER have to pay a fee to apply for a loan. You don't have to pay anything to apply for a car loan, a credit card, or even a mortgage. So why should a business loan be any different? Unfortunately most of the public don't realize that. And the first sign of a bad outcome is a broker asking or demanding an upfront fee. And as you would have guessed, he never heard from the "expert" again, and never saw a thing for the money that he paid. This goes right back to the old saying, "if it is too good to be true, then it usually is."

Now I have been working with this client for about a week now. He has an excellent product and opportunity for himself and his company. I am glad to assist him in anyway that I can. I certainly do hope that we are able to work with him, the lenders and investors, for a successful result. That way we all win. If we are not able to, then he owes us nothing. Not one cent. Not upfront or at the end of the deal. If he does not get his funding, then any and all work we do/did for this client was done free of charge. We just ask that he remembers our honesty, and assistance and in the future, could possibly refer us to a business owner that may need our help.

If you read over the information on the NavMarInvestments.com website you will see the "about us" section. This will provide you with the back ground on myself, my partner, and our experience and philosophy regarding our business and our clients. We are both well decorated prior military, that believe till this day to assist those that need assistance, and to fight for those that cannot fight for themselves. This has been and will always be our stand, thanks to the military. Integrity these days goes a long way, unfortunately there seems to be little of it today. And that is why I can say that I respect and applaud you for what you are doing with your website.

In today's economic situation, there are so many people out there try to make the quick buck off of the less informed, or super desperate. Unfortunate as that is, it is reality. Hopefully you have uncovered some of the scams out there. We all know what it feels like to be ripped off or taken advantage of. And it's not a good feeling. Hopefully your board has made a dent in some of the scams out there and protected people out there before they got taken advantage of. I actually ask new clients if they are currently working with anyone, or if they have been approached by those asking for a fee. I then state "Whether you work with me or not, at no time should you ever work with anyone that asks for an fee upfront. Just keep that in mind."

I am always available for any questions you may have, and I welcome them. You are more than welcome to contact me on the website which has out toll free number, a questions submission feature, or you can simply email me directly at [email protected]. Thank you for your time and I hope this assists not only you and your website, but the business owners looking for a legitimate source as well.

Respectfully,

Paul Warshawsky

That's a good summary for the unwary Paul and thanks for your time. I expect you looked around at what this site does and what advice all the contributors give out. I am sure you come across tales of woe that are worthy of a mention here, and would serve to educate and warn. I hope you would send these people here to share their experiences.. They will be well received and kindly treated, because it is not an easy step to admit being sucked into a scam.

I am more than happy to recommend your site, and direct those with horror stories to it. The more information we get out to the public on how to protect themselves the better. I will also be providing a testimonials page soon on my site, as well as forum board. Both are under construction. Maybe we can assist each other with our readers and help protect them and their best interests.

Welcome to ScamWarners NavMar. It is great to have you be responsive to the inquiry that started this thread.

Having something on your site that warns about scams would be fantastic. Please do be aware that scammers do often clone legitimate sites and lift wording you might use to trick victims into thinking they are legitimate. Your reply may even be used by a scammer.

They have no shame and they will use any means at their disposal to steal from and create more victims. Scammers will use anyone or anything they can to do their dastardly deeds.

Please run any links or association by the Administration team. They are the poeople in Red.

It is nice to have you here.
