This person is a total scammer he scammed me, and he has called neumerious names, to get my money back he wants me to pay a fee to do that...

I'm sorry you were scammed.

Do not send any more money. You will not get your money back - the scammer has no intention of returning a dime. There is no benefit to remaining in contact with the scammer, as he is merely trying to find ways to steal more.
