Advance fee loan scams and fraudulent loan sites.

I saw an ad on backpage.com for an offer of a loan, I answered the ad and he replied to me in 24 hours, it seems legitimate, but not to sure, he said he wants my full name and address and cell phone number, he will send me a cheque, this is the ad that I am talking about.

Thanks

I say this is definately a scam. Why would anyone loan you money without checking your credit? There is a warning on this post:
