i need help big time

hello i am new here....i apply for loan before and oneday more financial phone me and told me that they will give me the money that i ask for if i pay 69.50 and i told them that i dont have that money that time...stupid me i gave my bank details and the next thing i know i pay them without my knowlege...i just find out when i get my statement from my bank...so i phone them many times and leave a message...but never get back to me never heard from them ever since...what should i do next pls help me..

Hi,

I would recommend that you get in touch with your bank and advise them that you did not authorise the payment and ask them to claim it back.

Also, if it was your debit/credit card details that you gave, I would also recommend that you tell your bank that the details have been compromised and ask them to cancel the card and issue you a new one.
