Hello, if you get applied for a loan from a credi loan company, do not go with morefinancial. They are a scam. I got asked to pay a administration fee of £69.50. I said to them that I was interested in the loan, but I said I could not pay the fee until 23rd December and I would ring them with all the details. On the 16th December they managed to take this amount, not sure why. When my bank rang me and told me of that amount came out of my account, I was upset and fuming. I rang morefinancial up, and it kept ringing eventually I got through, but no apology on why they did it, they told me to ring their customer service dept. I rang them up no answer, eventually I left a voicemail message for them to ring me back, well as you can see they never did. So on Tuesday 20th December, I spoke to someone at morefinancial and I got asked to write a letter to cancel the application and ask for a refund. The member of staff was apologetic and she said that the customer service dept would ring me the very next day. They were going to apologise and sort this situation out. Well I wrote the letter, posted it, but never got my phonecall from them. Today I have written to them, made sure that it was recorded delivery, so they can't say they never got my letter and have asked for a refund. I tell you this Do Not use this company, they are nothing but scam. Thank you for listening to this, try not to make the same mistake as I did.
