An auspiciously named loan scam! Any person applying for a loan with the fraudulent, non-existent Vic-Loan agency may soon find themselves a victim of advanced fee fraud.

The IP’s 141.211.14.22 and 141.211.13.151 resolve to the University of Michigan, which very likely has no knowledge of the existence of this scam.
