Thanks for posting this, it is as you suspected a fake loan scam. The scammers will charge you fee after fee for a non existent loan.

Also, as CW has pointed out, the website at the bottom of the email is a fake site and has now been listed to be reported to its hosts as fraudulent.

New message from [email protected].. We have got no problems with money:-)

Primarily, our board of directors just approved our request to also give loans to international clients, but we want to have a successful transaction with an international clients first before we can update our website.

Finally, we do not charge any fee in advance, we only charge when the loan has been sent to you and the proof of that will be attached to the email. I await your urgent and swift response.

^^^ qatarloanfoundation.com is a fake website that was registered as recently as August 2011. It is under investigation.

There is no knight of the realm by the name of "SIR JACKY NORBERT DURAND" and there are various other pointers to prove it is fake which I don't want to go into at the moment.

You are either being set up to be scammed from these people or you are part of the scam promoting this fake loans website!

Some text taken from this fake website matches that of the company profile of "Qatar Investment Fund PLC", which is a genuine company.

Qatar Investment Fund PLC is a closed end investment company incorporated in the Isle of Man and has been established to invest primarily in quoted Qatari equities.

Once again, qatarloanfoundation.com is a fake website that has stolen the text above (among others) and manipulated it to help back up their elaborate scam!

I thought the fake company is Adrian Gill only ([email protected]) , because qatar.io domain is free. You find that site qatarloanfoundation.com is fake too. That is another more sophisticated scam And they even not recommended the first fake loan company .. . ..

Logical reasoning .. While I was not cheated, only that Sir. Durand said me in the mail, where he wrote that he does not know Mr. Gill, advised me to ask for a loan in their reputable loan company ..
