Mcgill and Associate Financial

This company is a scam I got burned yesterday to the tune of $1,965.00 USD I am closing in on them though and have an address and number for them in Decatur Georgia. Stay tuned!

I paid this company $750 via green dot money card today over the phone???? help please that was my moving money

If you were paying a fee for a loan, then you were definitely scammed.

I don't know if it will help, but you can try calling the moneypak helpline ASAP to see if there is anything you can do.

I so agree with this company being a SCAM. I'm a disable single mom in need of a personal loan and oh yea I sent the 1250 they said they needed for the Ins protection. I borrow it from my mother and on Fri the 18th they said my loan would be there. Yea I sent them my info and everything they asked for. Well check my bank acct fri and NO LOAN MONEY. Well got all up set went to my bank show them my agreement with them and they had me close my acct and reopen another one. They reported it to the FBI and the Federal Trade commission too. I'm calling Newark,NJ police and making a report. These people need to be STOP. Times are hard and some of us don't have a lot and these people can't keep taking.

Oh and by the time you catch on and you try to call them after you been able to talk to them they wont answer the phone. Please where there asking for you to go to wal mart and get a green dot moneypak to send your Ins money up front. That should of rang a bell in my head but it didn't I really needed the loan to fix my only truck that gets me to Dr appts. They are so HEARTLESS....

I also received an approval from this company and I was skeptical from the very beginning. I called and asked them to just deduct the $750 from the loan and they stated they don't do that. I asked why and the young lady on the line had no answer for any of my questions. I asked what company was backing the insurance and she had no answer for that as well. When I asked her if I could make the payment over the phone directly to the company she informed me it had to be made through GreenDot... That kind of did it for me. You want me to send cash money that is virtually untraceable to someone I don't know.... Glad I didn't send the money. Had it not been for me constantly checking the internet for scams I would have never had anything to go on and I may have sent them the money because there were no bad reports on this company. But then again a service that works would have had a lot of good reports and there were none. Also this is a new start up because the website was just created at the end of April the facebook page is new as well and they just got the listing in Superpages recently as well. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.

i also was scammed by them down in saskatchewan, canada i couldnt believe how real they made it sound and all the sites how all adress were legit when google searching them i have reported it to all western union companies so they will be tracked were they picked up my western union from they had to show ID and have an address to pick up the money and i have reported to our local police department as well i want my money back i have learned my lesson and i as well have 2 young children and im out $800.00 basterd!!!!

I was to scamed by them last week on the 17th of May. I sent $1250 for Loan Protection Plan. Up until than I could talk to a Ms. Justine Alexander but now I can't get a hold of anyone. I have notified the BBB, FTC, I hope they get whats coming to them. I'm disable and live on a fix income so this has set me back a lot. They so need to be taken down some how. Sandra
