It's a total scam.
The 4470 phone number tells us that we have scammers who are pretending to be in UK who are not.

In addition, there are NO organizations simply handing money out to random people, groups, etc. all over the world in this way. Charities that do provide aid to individuals typically limit themselves to specific causes, situations, or special interests. When they do offer money, it is generally money to be used for specific purposes, and they will require EXTENSIVE documentation, background information, and a solid justification as to why a particular individual is qualified. Charities cannot simply approach people all over the world, either. Each country has their own laws regarding this type of activity, and those charities that are worldwide have to have a large team of legal professionals and advisers to help them navigate through these blocks.

No real charity can post ads on the internet and offer donations to random people via email.
