I thought I'd add this as it purports to come from the bank I retired from, and it's quite unusual in offering property for sale too
It's spoofed the originating address and isn't from Lloyds TSB Bank plc. The spelling is attrocious and no UK bank would say it's from 'the desk of anyone', that's a purely West African expression, and no bank would ask 'are you in a financial mess ?' with the intention of offering you a loan.
