The 4470 number listed in the above scam email is a huge giveaway that its a scam.

4470 numbers are a UK redirect service widely used by African scammers who want to pretend they are in the UK.

These numbers can be set up by anybody from anywhere in the world, calls to these numbers will redirect to anywhere in the world, including Africa where most of the owners of these numbers seem to come from
